Wondering if I'm missing out on any hidden gems, as it's easier to get access to other region eshop games these days, and puzzle games often aren't too troubled by the language barrier. Any recommendations?

For reference, I love picross and picross 3D, already got all those covered, I like stuff like slitherlink, enjoyed the Box Boy games, am currently playing Guru Logic Champ (GBA) again, etc.

Zookeeper 3ds is a fun one that shouldn't need much japanese if any to play. It's kinda like Bejeweled.

Thanks, yeah I think I've seen it on other platforms. Not my absolute favourite style of game but I might check it out anyway :)

Puyo Puyo Tetris is good, it has combines tetris and puyo puyo and has diffrent modes for each.
Interestingly Japanese tetris games are a bit different than other ones. They have modified rules that aren't in other versions, stuff like audio cues, block outlines, ect
