Rodea the sky soldier and Sonic Lost World are pretty much the only 3D platformers on that handheld besides what you mentioned, which is really insane now that I think about it. The Vita on the other hand, has tons of 3D platformers. It's a shame.
Apart from Mario or Rayman there pretty much was only SpongeBob Hero Pants and Kirby's Blowout Bash and a couple of Skylander games and finally Sonic Lost World but as we all know that is a bloody awful game so let's not talk about it lol.
Captain Toad Treasure Tracker
Pushmo games
BTW, the 3D platformer genre stopped being a thing after the PS2 era, so you won't find much in any other console ( and not just the 3DS) in that era..

Captain Toad is actually classed as an Action Adventure not a platformer due to the fact Toad can't jump. And Pushmo is a puzzle game not a platformer.
I played a few of them, Pac N Roll very early NDS game it's worth a try, Over The Hedge is cool because it features 2 camera angles at once on either screen. Cookies and Cream looks ok.
