I did a bit of searching, but havent seen an aftermarket console that does 3d as well. I've seen plenty of dual screen, so I figured I would ask if anyone knows of any. I know some people aren't fans of it, but I've always loved the 3d.

I'm guessing that if we haven't seen more of the technology, that's probably because it's patented – in which case we can expect to wait another five years or so before it becomes more commonplace.

A bit of Googling suggests that Nintendo would not actually be the patent holder here – and, in fact, they had to pay the patent holder.

I remember seeing an Android game console years ago, right around the time of 3ds, which offered a 3d screen. I'm afraid I can't remember the name of it.

Google's AI suggests that there may be some such devices floating around (assuming it's information is correct):

Android 3D screens allow for glasses-free 3D viewing, using technologies like lenticular displays, AI-driven head tracking, and dual cameras to create depth for media, games, and industrial applications. Modern devices like the Nubia Pad 3D (12.1-inch) and specialized tablets offer high-resolution 3D, while older phones (HTC Evo 3D) pioneered the tech.

I have a camera with a 3D screen, fujifilm w3 (I think that's the model name)
It came out before the 3ds.

Stereoscopic 3D tech exist but never gained popularity. Sony even had a Playstation 3D display released for playing certain PS3 titles that supported it

I do remember a few phones from 2010-2011 that had it. My friend had an LG thrill back then that did it with a switch.
