Anti-Counterfeit Code Check!
Users can check anti-counterfeit code on our website(www.acekard.com) now. From now on all of our products will bring Anti-Counterfeit code.

There's so called "AK3" and this is FAKE acekard. Please beware of it and do not buy it. Using a FAKE acekard will cause unknown error and we won't offer any warranty. The acekard on 3DS will still use the name AK2i. And we never planed to use so called "AK3" on our next generation product for 3DS. The update file for AK2i on 3DS will be released at a appropriate time. Please be patient.

You can find the URL for checking Anti-Counterfeit code at navigation or [please click here].

If I'm understanding it correctly, I don't think it will help at all.
All counterfeit/clone makers will need to do is fine one legit code and print that onto all their cards.

I always thought that the people from the online store got their acekards blank and they put the stickers on themselves...

wait, is the code printed on the cart or the stickers?

on the card under where the sticker would be.
To see the Code you'd need to pull the sticker (partially) off.

Unless I'm much mistaken, this won't really help at all. For a number of reasons.

First of all, from my reading, the code is only going to be printed on cards from now on. Existing legitimate cards don't have a code, so its impossible to verify a card made prior to now. Retailers can claim their cards are old stock and say that is why they don't have the code, even if it is actually because they are fake/clone cards.

Second, as twiztidsinz stated, the fake/clone producers just need to get one legit card and use its code on their cards. Until they get this done, they can claim cards are "old stock", and don't have the codes yet.

Really won't help at all. Much easier surely to load up AKAIO and see if it says it is a clone. And less damaging than peeling off the sticker too.

just ripped the sticker of muy Acekard 2i...no bar code or numbers that I can see!
now does that mean its OLD stock ...pre bar code or FAKE, all firmware appears to run, i dont even get the false positive on SOFTRESETS that have been noted in 1.8.6

When did you buy your card? Because the code thing is brand new.

https://www.360upgrades.co.uk/ it was a freebie with my 2 DSTWO cards so Im not that worried if its a clone, but it works so...

I'd really prefer to see something new in "build quality" than this funny "fake detection".

This "fake killer" crap has been the grave of DSTT and it will be the grave of Akaio if this continues.

The Fake Killer was not the 'grave' of DSTT. The lack of actual updates was the death of the DSTT.
It was bullshit when they added the Fake Killer to work they stole (but that was based off work that was stolen from them).

i bought just 2 days ago another stock of aki and seems as old one, without code on it.
however really is useless this code, as other ppl said , easy to copy one set of code and print them again on fake card, better make a software that detects fake,

And that code will be also in 2.1?? I bought one days ago and it don't have a code.
