Another laptop question

I'm sorry for asking another laptop question but considering this is my first time trying to sell one I thought I'd better ask some more. I bought a laptop which had Vista Home Premium installed but now I'm planning on selling it to get something a little better. My only question is, are there people who will pay more for for a laptop which has Vista Ultimate installed?

Also the Vista Ultimate is a pirated copy which has served me well since I installed it early this year but my other question is that even if it works okay, will I get in trouble for trying to sell a laptop with pirated software on ebay?

And can't reinstall? People are going to be pissed when they try to download something from MS and they get unactivated

Their are good cracks out you know... There's one Microsoft can never fix. If they do they would cancel about 15-20% of vista PCs
