My Norton runs out in three days, what is in your opinion, the best free antivirus currently available? Should I purchase one? I know for certain that I'm not renewing this one.

Avast combo with Malwarebytes and you're ready to go.

I've heard Avast is good.

But my personal combo is Kaspersky Anti-Virus and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. Just run scans with both of them every 3-5 nights and you're good. (:
