Hacking Annoying files

Every time I put a game on my DSTTi, a file thats 4 KB comes out that has the same name as the game. Ex: If I put legion on the DSTTi, theres one file called legion.nds and another one called ._legion.nds thats only 4 kb big. I want to erase them, but they don't appear on a Mac and I don't have any other computers besides Mac. Can somebody please help me?

Basically, macs create those ._filename for resource forks. Im not so sure how to delete them on mac but maybe there is a terminal command for it. If not, try using windows with the hidden file viewing enabled

Thanks for replying. Your post helped a little and I found a way to get rid of them with this dmg called Blue Harvest. It cleans out those fork files.
