Gaming Animator?

Hi, i am looking for a program similar to Flipnote studio but for the PC, anyone know any?

GIMP?

Make each frame a separate layer, then when you try to save as GIF it'll ask if you want to flatten the layers or save it as an animation.

My PC has too bad specs for GIMP, i was thinking of a program MADE for doing it.
I've seen it before but fergot the name, it was FLASH or something.

Flash is much worse on the specs (even with playing the animation) than GIMP.

My 5 year old desktop makes animated gifs fine on GIMP.

LifeSwif can make flash animations for free. Other than that, Pivot is a decent little animator, but only for specific shapes, not drawing free hand.

I remember Pivot, i might go back to making pivot animations insteed of going to flash.
