Homebrew Animated Forwarders: Black Edition

hey, Pepxl, I solely use your forwarders atm, and i loved them (even though on 2 or 3 I modify the sound xD)... I would like to point out that in the ftpii forwarder, upon exit I get a green garbled output in the lower 1/3 of the screen... I have seen this before as being a result of some printf or gx initializing code... ftpii doesnt have a GUI so I think thats why its the only one of yours that does it...

It's not really a bug, just aesthetics. whether you decide to look into it or not is up to you xD.

To All 4.1 Users: I had EVERYTHING working on my Wii EXCEPT getting some of these Dark Forwarders (Emus). After some reading (for a few weeks) having the latest ISO 35 does the job.

IOS35-64-v3349.wad

You can obtain the latest with a few programs out there. I used NUS Auto Downloader for Windows 4.1.1 for a Virgin 4.1 and grabbed the wad from the wad folder. All Good now! (except Wii64 Honey)

if you update to the unofficial usb2.0 version of wii64 1.1honey, the forwarder will work. least thats the way it worked for me with the official 1.1, a slightly revised 1.1 without usb2.0, and two compiles using 2.0. the ones using 2.0 worked, the ones without didn't

The Wii64 Channel does notwork for me with the un-official version either. It does work from HBC. I have 4.1U, cIOS38 r17, Hermes v4. Any chance we could compare IOSs w/ MMM? I am willing to update IOSs one by one and test.

(Note: I just restored NAND as I did a total update w/Pimp my Wii (had to restore as some things like POP_FS stopped working)...Now I am back to everything working again with a more recent BooMii NAND backup)

Anyone have a 4.1U w/ Wii64 Dark Forwarder working with Wii64 1.1 Honey and willing to compare Wii differences?

I know to boot an HBC whats installed with a WAD is impossible but i have my own Boot.dol
pls make a Channel and i put the Boot.dol in it pls pls surely i Put your credits if i uploadet it!

the Channel have to look Dark, The Sound have to be like Gangster or something

Ok, thank you so much, I appreciate you work. By the way, I've found the dark Wii theme for 4.2E, switched to it and I can say that your dark forwarders look awesome. Now I think I'll never switch back to the default white Wii theme

second that. +wii64 honey fix. Although the wii64 team is under development of a very nice update, and a new emu I would love to have a black forwarder for too late this year

you have some real skills...
i'd love to see some of them in a multi forwarder like spacejump had...or later with Wiipower's sourcecode.

Just, i dont like to clutter my nand too much with channels to every app...but i'd love to have a "tools forwarder" to MMM, DOP-Mii, AnyTittleDeleter and WadManager (for instance)...

Hi pepxl.
I just want to congrat you by your work.
I don't like the black wii theme for the sys menu, but I really love your forwarders and the apparence this on a original sys menu. I use for a while some ones like wad manager, ftpii, neogamma and CFG, and the normal (not black) for snes9xgx, genesis and fceugx, and the black versions appear pretty cool with the "normal" channels...

By the way, I just install your wads for all apps, cause I trust in your forwarders and they NEVER cause any problem to me. And are pretty beautyfull

Yeah, I just installed v0.77 and didnt work, no problems with v0.76 I was using before.

source files are available in my other thread as well as apps used, sorry no templates as they are not anything special, and again sorry no can do on the "How To", just haven't got the time but im sure google will help out a lot
