This happened to me, but I just ignored it and they appear as they should in-game c:

Some items work, but others appear as other things; changing town fruit also def works! Just changed mine from apples to peaches.

edit: Changing hair/face/hair color/eye color/skin color also works <3

So whenever i just try to change the town tree size (mine is currently at 2) to 3 and only that my game data becomes corrupted, not sure if it's because of the edited save data in the past now checking for errors or something else that I'm not aware of

I'm gonna hold off on making edits for now until the kinks are ironed out. Literally the only thing I want is the 3DS item to play Puzzle League

Yup, that also works!

How so ? I just tried in Players/ Max bank then injected the save file in the game and there was nothing...
Also every time I click save it says something about a cheksum

Well uhh I just tried getting some bells "Yeah some " and every time I tried i got that cheksum error...i just ignored it and my save data it's fine :c did it like 6 time... dunno what to say :c I just started the game fresh if that's something

Well im trying to change villagers and clothes and im always getting the shit corrupted :c The only time it didnt got corrupted was when i removed all gold roses from my town :o

yeah i just tried changing the fruit of my town and the face/skin, hair and it says my file was corrupted and went ahead to delete it. idk if im doing something wrong or if it just doesnt work all the time

You know... the first times y tried doing anything y edited the save right from the SD and got the checksum error and also it never did anything in game... I moved the save to the desktop and the checksum error disappeared 2 times and the changes where appearing maybe you can try that...also i never edited anything in the map exactly I just added items to my pockets try that too...

lmao even the 99K bell pouch is offset!
i gave myself full pockets and dresser...
it worked but sadly theyre all 94K...

note: i currupted my first sav and tried again.
keep an OG backup if youre gonna use this.
its a sensitive alpha but its okay to experiment.

So I have an August 2016 garden.dat file : If i delete the update , redump the game with JKSV and restore that garden.dat will I syee my town again?

Does anyone know if you can still rip dream towns and use it as your own? I have this special nintendo dream town I want to try ripping: 0000-000F-4241

the application provided with the website then perhaps.
just know every ACNL sav is time sensitive in accordance to you loading it.

idk what JKSV is.

p.s. ive never heard of anyone "ripping" dream towns

Ok so i've been playing around with the editor a bit and the my melody furniture actually works. B) But like some people said, most items are jumbled up, and very important: I HIGHLY recommend to NOT edit your map in any way yet, I corrupted my last save changing the shape of my plaza haha

Can you please tell me how do you back up your save game?

Maybe if I check my downloads and try the save which wasn't corrupted it can work again?
