I doubt it. The houses seem like an absolute nightmare from hell. Because villagers are set when you first start the save (I believe) and you have to play for many hours before you get more and people have found you can edit the villagers BEFORE THEY EVEN MOVE IN and so seperating what data is actually the villager and what data is the house is most likely the absolute biggest nightmare from hell imaginable
When you think about item codes and cheats like that, things are quite simple because you can actually unequip and de-equip items whenever you feel like it, so you can identify what items and things are changing. Same goes for money. It's because those things are easy to change so you can easily identify the address or the part of the save file corresponding to it. Whereas villagers. Maybe they move out after a month? But you'll need to get multiple move outs in order to decide if what is changing is accurate!
