Hey Guys I got the toolkit 1.3.
Im loving it. Working great.
But is there a way to edit which neighbors ou have?
I know theres a prgram to make your own neighbors.
Where do I get programs to do either of those things.

There is a PC application (NPC Tool) that allows you to edit the texture of the NPC (neighbours). So it still uses the existing models in the game.
