Hacking An Exception Occurred

I homebrewed my new 3ds xl back in November its was working fine until I installed ntr cfw. My DS died while it was running and it hasn't booted up correctly since. For some reason I cannot see my bottom screen find this out when i turned on then off. I can run GodMode 9 and Luma but since the bottom screen is like that I can't enter the code. Any suggestions or fixes.

PS: I tried replacing the files and deleting the home menu data

What's with the horizontal white line that runs across the bottom screen? Is that the reflection of an overhanging florescent light tube, or is that what the screen is displaying?

Sorry that I took so long to reply. Found out it was hardware problems and the bottom screen has been like that since it stopped turning on

That error looks to be a softbricked 3DS firmware like in these examples [1][2].

As for the bottom LCD not correctly displaying anything in GodMode9 or Luma3DS v#.# configuration, you may want to take a peek inside for disconnected or torn flex cable.
