Yep it's enabled...
I don't understand why this happened only on acnl Japanese version ...
Out of region game? See this thread with a similar problem: Animal Crossing: New Leaf (KOR) played on USA firmware.
Substitute these values for step 5.
  • とびだせ どうぶつの森
    • sdmc:/luma/titles/0004000000086200/locale.txt
  • とびだせ どうぶつの森 amiibo+
    • sdmc:/luma/titles/0004000000198D00/locale.txt
  • Code:
    JPN JP
disable arm11 exception handler in luma settings

can you run jksm or checkpoint and use delete all data on the title?
Jksm or checkpoints don't show me my animal crossing.

Im gonna try

Usually if its from garden. it means its something with the garden_plus.dat. If none of that worked. Perhaps reinstall the game to reset everything with it since you dont have a actual save file yet for the game.

YESSSS i got it to work !!!
my luma file have been probably corrupted before .
i redownloaded luma and now it's fine

Because you experienced data corruption, it would be a great idea to check if your SD card is fake or dying.
  1. Copy everything off the SD card to a computer.
  2. Quadruple reformat.
  3. Full Write + Verify the empty card in H2testw. Do not skip.
  4. If no error was reported, delete the *.h2w test files and copy everything back.
However, a reported error means the hardware failed card will need to be replaced.

I had the same issue and user Giodude (on another post) suggested placing boot.3dsx in the root folder of the SD Card. Hope that helps. It may also be another missing file.
