I downloaded a game to the SD card and then plugged in 3ds. One of the call is this warning (sorry my english):

An exception occured
Processor: ARM9
Exception type: data abort

How do I solve this? Thank you!!

Have you done any modifications that might have caused this? (Like screwing with stuff in GM9)
 
Well I'm certainly stumped. Maybe @TurdPooCharger knows something about this.
Pro Tip: always assume the person you're helping has a bad SD card that's guilty of being fake or dying whenever a 3DS acts weird or misbehaves.

Try the instructions there. For any links that are in Spanish, you can change it to Brazilian Portuguese in the top, right corner; look for this:

Post back if those steps do not fix your n3DSXL.

Edit 1 - If you need to add or rebuild with essential custom firmware files, you may use the starter kit archive found here.

delete whatever it is you downloaded and try the sd again?
