I'm still getting the hang of it, but calibre seems to be the best app to convert files to work with DSLibris... the epub files seem to work really well (but calibre is somewhat slow and doesn't want to organize the files how I like).

But now that DSlibris supports epub, it doesnt really matter for me.
I am okay with calibre and the conversion doesn't take much time.
 
If there was an easy way to convert ePub files to CBDS files, I'd suggest the program, but I don't know of a way to do that.

At least not easily.
 
I converted a PDF to CBDS to read it in Comic Book DS. But the quality was horrible. It would become very pixelated if you zoomed and the letters were too small if you didnt zoom.

What did you use to convert it?
I'm guessing the tool included with CBDS, so you should be able to just increase the quality.
