Sorry if this is old news but I thought I would tell everyone there's a Amazing Spider-Man DEMO on the e-shop now. Also, what do you guys think about it? I really wish it had the city roaming feature like the console versions.
Not only that, you only get ten demos. Really mess up. While think it good, I wish it was mor elike the ps3/360 one.i will NOT buy this game. why do they have it set so you can not reuse a demo?
also, funny bug. http://youtu.be/qugxe49OLIE
I really didn't understand the limit in the first place.Publishers are getting completely ridiculous with the demo limit. Limit of 10 on this one, limit of 6 on Heroes of Ruin. FFS, It's just a demo. 15 minutes of play at best.
BUTTON MASHING FTWMenus were bad, and the graphics need work, it feels like a beta version, for sure.
Combat was pretty fun, though. I liked it.
or Not give us enough time to want us to continue looking at the game.I don't see why everyone is freaking out about the play limit. It's a demo, it's meant to give you a taste of the game before you buy it, and that's it... They could even limit it to 1 play if they wanted, and i wouldn't blame them, honestly. Less demo plays means you'll be more likely to buy the game (especially if you're talking about a 7 year old or inept parent who doesn't really understand the difference between a demo and a full game).
Anyway, I have mixed feelings about this game... it definitely has much better graphics and gameplay than Edge of Time 3D. I also kinda like how disorienting the game is when web swinging and wall climbing, weirdly enough... it feels a bit more realistic to me.
How is 10 time limitless plays NOT enough time to decide?or Not give us enough time to want us to continue looking at the game.
Precisely. If they don't have the opportunity to play the demo 30 times (even if you only play 30 minutes at a time, that's 15 hours), maybe they'll buy the game. You really can't blame them for wanting to promote sales. If someone played the demo that much and didn't buy the game, that person wasn't going buy it anyway.
Following the 30 minute plays from my previous examples, 30 minutes each for 10 plays is 5 hours. How is that NOT enough time to see bugs? You think demos would be use to not only see if you want the game, but to find bugs as well even if it is a small part.
You sure about that? The first thing I saw when I started playing was a web-rush option. It is funny that they are promoting the game function "Web Rush" saying it is the essence of being Spiderman but guess what? They completely remove it in the 3DS game.
Either they are lazy or they just don't give a damn. Oh well, it is not like I will be getting the game since it will not be releasing in JPN.

More to say, but I'll end here. How is 10 time limitless plays NOT enough time to decide?or Not give us enough time to want us to continue looking at the game.
If you mean demo length, when you get to the end of the demo( from what I seen) you have no choice, but to start over the demo from the menu. Which uses you demo tries.

I'm saying it not fair to the people who were planning to buy the game. I didn't believe, specially this demo, is anywhere close to 30mins.

If bugs interrupt your demo, which you won't have to worry about if it was unlimited, then that the fault of the dev. If this was one demo only, you deferentially be put off.
Too much sure. Just in case.
*Shrug* To each their own, I guess. Idk, I guess I just find it kind of silly for people to complain about the lack of features in a free trial for a full product. Especially when you consider that most games don't have demos available with a simple 10 minute download, let alone for free... Anyone remember the good ol' PS1 demo disc days you got for subscribing to magazines and such?More to say, but I'll end here.
