Hacking Am I being safe?

So I was going to use softmii tonight to hack my wii, but I found out that I cannot connect my wii to the internet at my dorm. So all that I have installed right now is the HBC and just to try it out and make sure I did things right I installed Zombies ate my neighbors injected vc title. Tomorrow I'm going home for the weekend and I was just going to finish the process tomorrow, so what I was wondering is if it is safe to connect to the internet with this "hacked" vc title on my system. Please let me know. Thanks.

Pretty safe if not completely safe.Never heard of anyone getting banned or anything.I've connected to pretty much all my games and no problems.

You're fine. As of right now Nintendo doesn't care

Until there is solid proof Nintendo is banning people with modded consoles and going online with copied games, don't believe the hype.
