ROM Hack Always run hack/code for SuMo GW?

I know there's an NTR plugin for the game, and one of the codes lets you modify the walk/run speed, but I have no clue how to use NTR. I don't want them to run/walk faster, only just run all the time instead of holding the B button. I don't get why the devs would allow you to set the L button as A so you can essentially play with one hand, but not set run to always.... So, any way to do this with Gateshark cheats? Or is there a guide on how to do this with NTR?

This is my current setup: N3DS on 11.2.0 with A9LH & LumaCFW & GW emu. I am aware I can run NTR on it, but I haven't been able to get it working. Any ideas?
