Hacking Alternative of downgrading

Currently, I was looking at this thread for information to help me with working the backup loader and cSO installer with update 3.3U with shop channel update. As it has seems, the Wii backup disc v1.3 has been removed and I can't find it anywhere. So, I was wondering if there was another way to get the cISO to work.

Anyway, what you gotta do is search the exact file name and put in rapidshare on the side so:

filename.extennsion rapidshare
