Homebrew Alternate/Debug/Test menu working on retail 3DS

also, I have a frankenfirmware now, because I removed the sd card while emunand was running :/ Is there anything I can do without having to completely start over?

You're pretty good at screwing everything up when you manage to frankenfirm like that. It's probably your SD being faulty

Nah, I've used this sd card for a while now and it's served me well

Uncheck dev settings on configuration menu then restart system to get out of test menu

Heres a simple NS patch that can be used to force into test menu or anthing really.

Either follow tables for how arm instructions are created or copy from a disassembly.

this time im making a backup

I injected FBI into H&S on my US emunand but I'm getting a black screen with the "an error has occured" message

I never used FBI to install FW packs, and everything else seems to work
I'll try injecting it again
edit: went in notifications and exit back to the home menu, it crashed I think
edit #2: I'm going to try this (as reccomended by plailects region change guide)

If you experience any strange bugs (especially any related to Super Smash Bros and Monster Hunter 4 if you are on an Old 3DS), you should make a SysNAND backup, then backup your SD card, then try performing a System Format.

You might need to delete the H&S app, reinstall it then try injecting fbi into it again.

but how do I do that if I don't have access to something that can delete H&S (like FBI)

Use fbi app in homebrew menu, install something like big blue menu.

I think my only option really is to make a new emunand and start again (sigh)
