yeah I guess it wouldn't be as easy as 1 2 3 but if you're skilled enough it would be do-able

I can't see developer options in the luma3ds menu :/ do I have to install the developer version

:/ I seem to have an awkward problem. It says my test menu CIA is invalid
 
Cool, I wonder if any relevant info can be dug up from this version. Any special kernel access or anything fancy.
 
So, I've been trying to get this since yesterday, but now I managed to install those 11.4 Dev CIAs successfully, and now here's my new spiced up Dev HOME Menu! :lol:

last time I checked (which was like 4 years ago, so this info is probably really outdated) panda units cost like 3 grand
and now we can get the firmware and install it on a retail 3ds for free
