Hacking All of my browser hax urls stopped working?

Haven't booted up my 3ds in about a week, then just now tried. The urls to open up rxtools, and homebrew menu have stopped working on my 3ds. Gives me a forbidden url error. Well Gateway still works. Also can't seem to open up menuhax on startup anymore. I cleared all the internet browser data, no luck. My 3ds is still on 9.2. What do I do?

Load this site https://3ds.reboot.ms/ then a wen page will load asking you to select if you want to load rxTools or homebrew browser select which one you want and it will load.

RxTools was originally made by a guy called roxas75 he then gave rxTools to the pasta team to continue developing while he continued to host the launcher site. From what I have heard roxas75 has decided to no longer host the site for whatever reason

Hmm don't know I have only ever used it for rxTools sorry

That launcher page is no longer used (it hasn't been used since rxTools 2.6), the one used now is https://dukesrg.github.io/?rxTools/sys/code.bin which is not hosted by Roxas75
