Hacking All my titles randomly disappeared, FBI fails to install CIA files

I have cfw on 11.7 through Seedminer- I installed a CIA (it was a GBA emulator or something) and on restart, all my FBI-installed titles were gone.

Trying to reinstall (by setting a default Nintendo title to Homebrew -> FBI) through FBI gives result code 0xC8A0802B (Database does not exist)

I'm not sure what to try because I don't want to mess things up. I don't really care about saving the titles I had installed before, I just want to be able to install them again. Thanks!

1-Backup your files.

2-Format your SD card using guiformat. Format it as FAT32 with 32kb cluster size.

3-Test your SD card using h2testw.
