Hey @masagrator, does this change any of the clocks or is everything stock? I'm only asking to be sure since recommended clocks are usually given, but nothing regarding the sort is mentioned for this one
Clocks are not changed. In 60 FPS I've mentioned full OC, in enhanced settings there is no point, because it depends on settings.

Would we need to overclock in order to see the effects? I'll be giving this a try once I'm home - thank you for all your work!

No, without OC if you go too far, FPS will just suffer, but as you can see on screenshots, effects are visible.

I am fine with 30 fps. I don't liked 60 fps.. A little bit faster for me. Too awkward. I am stick with 30 FPS.. Very comfortable. It doesn't bother me at all. I don't want to change since I was teenager. I am staying with my way since I was younger. I am very happy with what I am doing .. unchanged.

Noone asked. Twitter is for people who seek a way to give opinions that noone cares (excluding this post). :D

Do we need to apply some OC settings as well to get 60fps?
I dont think Im seeing any difference.
I did put the AlienIso-60FPS directory in atmosphere/exefs_patches.
Maybe I was only supposed to put the file there?

Edit:
Never mind. Installed reversenx and sysclk editor.
A few stutters, but much smoother. Thanks for the mod!

Field of View (by default 47. Warning! Configs by default are disabling any changes to FOV. If you have already created save, then you need to delete it from Data Management or backup save, edit "preferences" file and change

Can you provide a little more detail on how to backup the save and edit "preferences"? I'm not sure exactly what you mean there, sorry.

Got my own answer. Didn't realize but when Checkpoint saves, it actually creates a folder with files in it. The preferences file is in that folder. Super easy.

BTW Alien Isolation supports PC mods, I'm currently testing Softcore Mod, install it by dropping the mod's DATA folder into 010075D00E8BA000\romfs\data\

The end structure will look like 010075D00E8BA000\romfs\data\DATA\

How do I navigate to that folder? I can't for the life of me find any semblance of that path in my sd card. Trying to install a mod and can't find literally anything on the internet to help me here.

Hi there. I would like to install PC mods as well and I cannot find the path on my SD either. Where is the 010075D00E8BA000 Folder located? root? atmosphere? switch? Nintendo/Emutendo? Can't you just write the full path in your post? thx very much

I tried to like 60 fps but too awkward to me, no. I think that I am so used to 30 FPS and its fine to me. Good job, thought.
thats the first time i hear someone say they dont like 60fps. its usually they are fine with 30 but that they like 30 and dont want 60 is the first for me...
