Only need to do manual update one last time. From here on out it's all updated from within AKAIO.

FWIW: Reasoning

1) The port changed for downloads so resume support was hosed. This fixes resume support mainly, but also has updating of the wifi plugin added.
2) Like the loaders, this will have its own page: http://akaio.gbatemp.net/wifi/
3) I can now update this plugin without having to make a new thread or release a whole new AKAIO
