This option is only for the most important. There is a bug when you put there too many folders / items to hide in globalsettings.ini -> it shouldnt work well.
Use the WINDOWS options -> set the atribute of the needed file to HIDDEN, and in AKAIO disable Show hidden files... (this one works without any trouble)
