Hacking AKAIO for mac users

hey guys.I recently got acekard 2.1 and I wanted to use akaio. but I use a mac computer. so when I hit download a page of text appears. So is it possible to download akaio on a mac

When you are at the page of random text,
Right click, click save page as, then rename the extension to whatever it was supposed to be.
