Editted,

I don't know if Fire Red SRAM needs... And i'm playing it in the NOR and it won't be the battery, so how must i patch it SRAM?

E: I don't know what's the last part of your reply is...

So after playing your Super Mario GBA game, do you see a message "Processing GBA save" after turning your DS back on?

Yeah, I am seeing that... Then it's making a save, but by pokémon is the save file deleted or something... And with Pokemon it says too prosessing GBA save

Well, I can start a new Firered game with the same 3in1 settings in AKAIO that you mentioned in the opening post. I can shut the game off, turn my DS back on and can restart the game where I left off.

The only thing that I can think of is try to get a new rom and/or reformat your sd card.

nor or psram have nothing to do with it. if you set up akaio to back up the save on reboot, the save gets backed up. this is either an issue with sram saving, and i don't know if this rom used sram or not, or this is an issue with the real time clock. if you are using an unpatched game it always shows the real time clock as being at 0:00. so when you save the save has zero play time. based on how i would have coded it, that would be a corrupt save file. better to just delete it because you have to assume users will never have development tools that allow them to extract, fix, flash save files.

I'm running AKAIO 1.5.1, backed up my own FireRed game and save using Rudolph's GBA Backup Tool 0.21 with my 3in1+. I'm able to launch FireRed and start a new game. I'm able to use someone's AKAIO GBA save converter to play my 95hr save game. Both are able to restart when I save the game and do a hard reboot of the DS. I have the same settings for my 3in1+ that are listed in the OP. The only thing that I can think of is that either the game is bad or the 3in1, unless you know of some AKAIO change.

there is nothing wrong with my 3in1. after i make a save, reboot, back it up, load the rom and save, play again -- i get a msg that the my save file was deleted.

again my save is 0:00 on the RTC, your save from the actual cart would have a time associated with the save file. this is probably why your save works and a new save from an unpatched rom does not.

I'm sorry if I wasn't clear. If I start a new game, save it, hard reboot the DS, let AKAIO do it's thing, run firered with my save file, I do not start from scratch. Same thing with my 97hr save.

E: I've SRAM patched it with GBATA, but there isn't coming a save from pokemon and none processing GBA save.

E: now it's says processing gba save, and The save file has been deleted...

Could you PM me your e-mail? Please, then i'll can easily ask something.

E: My save file is 128 kB

I've found something! With that rom i use, No$GBA does work with that rom, it can load the save! So it must be akaio.

I cannot figure out why but I have always had a similar problem with certain games and its probably because I have the 3in1+.
The fire red issue may be due to the RTC not being present... I have this problem though with advance wars too (and golden sun iirc but not sure if that just didnt load at all). I can load the game and play but whenever I next play I have to start from the beginning.
Because of this and advice here since then I have always had to use exploader instead but I much prefer akaio for this. Its a shame and I hope someone can figure this out. Its good that the team seem to be looking into the gba/3in1+ side a bit more. (I don't think its a battery issue. I found that if I didnt involve akaio at all my saves stuck and I could use the 3in1 like retail gba as it supposed to work)

Why is RTC included in this?
It isn't even used in FR/LG.

Whatever you do, never SRAM patch a 1M save file rom with gbata, use EZ4 Client for that.
It's because gbata doesn't support 1M save file games.

If it still doesn't work, try saving twice, that way it'll write to both the normal save area and the backup save area.

I've found something news! I have started my 3in1 via the original DSmenu, and now it works! Only now must it via the AKAIO menu...

Now it asking for loading in the AKAIO menu, and backup i've disabled. Now it works when i won't let him load his save from the AKAIO menu. So what to do now?

And when i'll let AKAIO load the save that he had made via Processing GBA save, then it says the save file has been deleted.

I had the same problem, i used the patch and and it started working, make sure you boot the the game through the AKAIO menu otherwise it wont back up your save make sure you have the back up gba save on automatic and it should work, but now that its working and the game saves, I still cant use pal park...any ideas on why? Might it be that I need a patch or something of the sort? I've heard that on diamond and pearl there isn't any problem but I'm using a retail platinum and a rom of Soul silver
