Hacking AKAIO 1.5 Released

Here's something, My Acekard 2.1 wont load games up anymore when I turn soft reset off in the system settings, I turn it back on again and it works. Not really bothered just thought I'd post

Is this with the most recent loader?

Sorry for the stupid/noobish/foolish question, but what's the difference between AKAIO firmware and the Acekard 2 official firmware ?

For one, better compatability.

Also loads much quicker

Wish you didn't remove the plug-ins... I kinda understand why, but I'm just so heavily dependent on txtview. Any other program seems to take long to 'parse' the game guides. Cause there's no in game guide, after all.

Will I be able to copy over all of my save files from my DSTT?
If so, how?

This new firmware dont read my saves anymore! What happened? I dont like restart my games from zero....

Anybody knows how i solve this prob?

Nope, AKAIO *should* load the games & saves perfectly (especially with the now default .sav extension).

In System Options change save type from .sav to .nds.sav or vice versa. You can also rename the saves. Whichever floats your boat.

This never happen before when I use 1.4 Proper..

You have to completely delete the old AKAIO & then install AKAIO 1.5.

i just drag it from my dstt sav file to the acekard. probably you have to rename it?

It's working fine here.

Try doing a clean 1.5 install, deleting the old files first.

Already do this, and in a rom (for example) My dangerous Pet Spider, apears the message "The save does not create please check your DS card" or something like that....

And i have one save for this game, and this save did'nt read, i played this game normaly in last AKAIO

Tried to load the rom with A pressed? Dragon Ball Origins only read the save if loaded with A pressed, otherwise it shows save data could not be accessed and tells to reinsert the card (similar to your message).

Try different DMA modes.

Once you have fully debugged the issue and you're sure it's not your problem, report it on the akaio forums by following the guideline.

1015 - Pokemon Diamond (U) - as mentioned earlier Wii connection works with X button (old DMA mode)
0735 - Castlevania PoR (U) - no more random hangs on SDHC card (no DMA forcing needed)
2899 - KORG DS 10 (U) - no problems ever, dunno what that fix covers
4169 - Pokemon Soul Silver (J) - no more random hangs on SDHC card so far (no DMA forcing needed)

As I said probably, new AKAIO...I will use word "punched out" other Flashcards (Wii Connectivity is big step there)

Can anyone tell me what color modes are? Some people ive seen from other topics are like "Start it in red mode" something like that,if you don't know what im talking about,or you have a clue,feel free to correct/clue me in. I have had no problems what so ever,but I like some info. =)
