Hacking AKAIO 1.3 final

For some reason ever since the first 1.3 RC (I think) Guitar Hero: On Tour (U) hasn't had a cheat menu; it worked fine in older versions, but the cheats button simply doesn't show up for GHOT.

weird... it's simply based on if cheats exist in the usrcheat for it.
builds don't care about that.
make sure the cheat is up to date but weird...

Can anyone confirm if the Pokemon migration is working with this version of AKAIO?
And can anyone confirm me if other games that allows DS-GBA linkage (like Advance Wars, for example) are working too?

The pokemon migration doesn't work for me. I tried with Emerald and Diamond; Both clean ROMs, and also with a pokepatched diamond. no luck =( I do not whether or not the 'FR LG w/e thing' works. I have a AK2.1 and a 3in1(+, I think).

If it is indeed a 3in1+ it wont work as it uses a different method of band switching which hasn't be added to the pokemon patches.

i agree with s223355, the new r4cce 0.85 that supports UTF-8 output of .dat
solved the problem on displaying chinese characters on the cheat menu
however, i still get some distorted characters~! this is better than nothing

My cheat file is definitely up-to-date, I've tried updating manually, with UsrCheatUp, and with AKAIO's downloader, always the same result. I've also tried replacing my ROM with a verified clean ROM. What the fuck, my girlfriend's cat is REM sleeping with its eyes open. That or having a fit. Anyway, I made sure usrcheat.dat still includes cheats for GH using r4cce, and it does.

ha what would acekard do if akaio stopped being supported and on another note ak2i works as well as an ak2 on a normal ds lite with akaio right?

Alright guys. Im trying to play worms open warfare, but when i goto menu and try to edit team it freezes. Also when i make a flag, i just get a corrupt picture. Any way to fix this?

i am not sure which guitar hero you are talking about because they have patched, fixed and etc
just make sure the roms that you are having, its game id is the same as the one in .dat or .xml... otherwise cheats will not show up

use r4cce ... function to check the rom's id

So, it's based on the same patch that EZ team have on their card?
I'm planning to buy one AK mainly because of this.

i have noticed a big bug with the new latest loader ak2 ( Fix DMA problems on AK2 ) the DMA mode not work!!!....i tried on castlevania dawn of sorrow and big slow down ( slow down on castlevania dawn of sorrow in the intro of game ) but with the old loader ak2 no slow down work fine..Please fix this bug....Big thx in advance

Confirmed.

Florian is correct. The loader prior to this ran the CVoS video perfectly, the latest one is super choppy.

Loaders are updated but they're not really supported

But it's good to get feedback... try doing this though

Go to the bugdar, and make a bug saying "loader dated XX/XX/XXXX has a problem"

That way we can isolate by the day.

Just wanted to ask if a AKAIO especially and only for the DSi is in the making anytime, since there is no GBA Slot, 5 light levels etc... Would be kinda cool

those are DSi functions; a game in DS mode has no access to them.

No, the loaders are encrypted and will not work in any other folder.
