480i 576i PAL64, What is this all about?

I have a NTSC Wii all of my games are NTSC but i am confused does 480i looks better than 576i, I noticed that 576i is slightly

better than 480i. The only thing that i am sure about that my TV doesn't support 480p and what is PAL60?, If it is good how do I

know that my TV supports it. Now the main question is "How do i make my NTSC games on my NTSC Wii boot PAL or PAL60?

PS My Wii is modded with Wiikey latest update

Officially, no. NTSC Wii systems don't have an option in the system menu to select any PAL-related video modes.

Besides. Most SDTVs sold in NTSC regions don't support PAL anyway. So even if the Wii did output PAL, it'd almost certainly not get a viewable image on your set.

I know that i can't do it officially and about the TV mine supports both pal and ntsc

You'd need PAL games then. But I'm not the one to ask about obtaining them.

Keep in mind some PAL50 games will run slower. As not all of them were converted well by their developer.

You won't notice a difference between NTSC and PAL on a interlaced SDTV. Just use whatever you're currently using.

"No difference" well there is a huge difference.Actually PAL is so good NTSC is very noisy at least for me

If you bought a new SDTV from a walk-in retail store in the USA, there's next to zero chance it supports PAL.

Most TV manufacturers here didn't include that until the HDTV era.

Pal60 is a pal signal with a refresh rate of 60 hertz. I think that is the fps but i'm not really sure. 60 hertz mode in games runs faster, or so i always here (i never tell the difference).

PAL(50) is 576i, 704*576 resolution @ 50fps

Pal60 = NTSC, but with a different colour encoding (IIRC), 704*480 @ 60FPS (This is called 480i on both PAL and NTSC consoles, but is very slightly different)

Note that 576i is higher resolution than 480i, but lower fps.

I have an idea if I use AnyRegion Changer on my wii to change just the video mode to pal without altering the area and the game

settings then i can run all of my NTSC games in PAL, Does this work?
