Misc Age verification?

I set my birthday to my real birthday on my Nintendo Network ID(The age is 15) , and now I can't download Phoenix wright. Is there any way to get around this without loosing my games? I don't wanna loose my current games.

Unfortunately not. Games purchased before the NNID update will still be lost if you remove your NNID. And there is no way to change your age, unless you get a parent or someone over 18 to call Nintendo.

What do they say to Nintendo when they call them?

They would probably have to come up with a reasonable explanation why your age needs to be changed (e.g. "my older son now uses the 3DS and we don't want to lose all the games"). I'm sure if the parent could provide proof of age Nintendo would change it for you.

My dad called and siad that its his DS, but I set it up and put my info in. They changed it no problem. Thanks
