Hi, so long story short I tried to borrow a 3DS from a user here. Everything was cool, I sent shipping cost via PayPal and user confirmed receipt, but did not ship item.

I have send him 2 follow up PMs on different days which have been ignored even though he's visited the website twice since I sent them.

Should I expose him for being a shady? Can I dispute payment in PayPal?

I'm not even upset he didn't ship when he was supposed to 1 week ago. I'm more upset dude hasn't responded to my messages.

Can you talk with him another way? Is he not active on here as much? If he doesn't keep responding and ignoring you you should out him and depute payment. Maybe that will get his attention

Dispute the payment in paypal.

Contact a supervisor, @p1ngpong or @raulpica, they will attempt to contact the user and straighten something out.

In the meantime, you can try disputing the payment in Paypal, however if you sent the funds as a gift you may not be able to get a refund cuz "lulz gifts can't be disputed"

Keep trying to contact him in PM and add me and raul to the convo as evidence for us. If he doesnt reply back just dispute the paypal transaction if you can and we will see where we go from there.
