I've only had a Wii for 6 months and I need to know what I missed in these genres.

From what I understand, No More Heroes is hack and slash, with less of the adventure department. There's always the VC Zelda OoT, or Master Quest (with WAD,) or Wii version of Twilight Princess. Depends on your taste actually. Check Metacritic scores for the Gamecube and Wii library to see what's worth your time.

Onee Chanrrabarra Bikini Zombie Slayers (Did I spell it right?), is defintely hack and slash, though it doesn't suit everyone's tastes...

HAHA, I forgot about this one. It is an acquired taste, but I like it. Shaking the blood off the sword is a nice touch, worthwhile having in the collection

Where are you these days Soul? Never see you on MSN.

Zelda TP is pretty good for Hack and Slash. No more Heroes and Madworld would probs also count. If you're looking for more Zelda type stuff, You could Try the One Piece Ultimate Adventure/Cruise games. Also Monster Hunter 3? I haven't played it but it looks like Hack and Slash with a bit of RPG in it.

I've been away from home for almost a week, and I never had anytime to go on MSN. I've also been messing with USB loaders and trying to get Wii Sports Resort to work. I totally forgot about TP and I am still going to play it once I dump it online.

I saw some trailers of MadWorld on Youtube and am really disapproving of it but I will also try it out to see if I like it or not.

i agree with the earlier post about 'no more heroes' it probably the best the wii has to offer - it has great moments during the boss levels but is very diluted down with repetitive sand box missions (it would have been better IMHO had they just chopped out the sandbox world as they didn't put enough time into it).

otherwise grab a ps2/psp and get a 'God of war' game

By Hack'n Slash I suppose you mean the Beat'em Up games with swords (or any weapon), right?
And by Adventure, something like Maniac Mansion?
In case the answer for the above questions is "yes", here are some nominees:

Hack'n Slash
No More Heroes (as already mentioned before)
Onechanbara: Bikini Zombie Slayers (also mentioned before)
Star Wars - The Force Unleashed
Soul Calibur Legends
Prince of Persia - Rival Swords
Lego Star Wars - The Complete Saga
Death Jr II: Root of Evil (more a platform game, but still...)
Rygar: The Battle of Argus
Sonic and the Black Knight (what? It is!)

Adventure
Zack And Wiki Quest For Barbaros Treasure
Sam & Max Season 1
Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law ('sorta like Phoenix Wright games)
Coraline
Broken Sword: Shadow of the Templars ~The Director's Cut~
Secret Files: Tunguska
Secret Files 2: Puritas Cordis
Another Code: R - A Journey Into Lost Memories

Also, as a bonus, some beat'em up games:
Transformers - The Game
Spiderman 3 - The Game
Avatar The Last Airbender (some RPG elements)
Avatar The Last Airbender - The Burning Earth (some RPG elements)
Avatar The Last Airbender - Into the Inferno (some RPG elements)
Lego Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures
Lego Batman: The Videogame
The Incredible Hulk
Spiderman - Web of Shadows
The Simpsons Game
Spiderman - Friend of Foe
Ben 10: Protector of Earth
Mushroom Men: The Spore Wars
Deadly Creatures
Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop
Madworld (I don't believe this one fits the "hack'n slash" category)
X-Men Origins: Wolverine
Transformers - Revenge of the Fallen

As for The Legend of Zelda - Twilight Princess, it's an Action RPG, where, sure, you hack'n slash enemies, but it's not the "prime" factor...

Well, that's it from me, see ya.

Would FF Fables: Chocobo Dungeon Count?... or is that to left field?... a quasi hack n slash dungeon crawler....

not to derail.. but any other *english* games out similar to FFFCD? I just beat it last night. It was my first dungeon crawler believe it or not, hoping there's something else out there (on wii) which is similiar.

If you can read Japanese, or know what to do in this kind of game, Sengoku Basara Heroes 2.
It's fairly good.

I don't know FFFCD (never played it), but if you're looking for a "rogue-like" game, you may try Baroque.
