I remember Simusex from the DOS days. Maybe Dosbox + simusex? Simusex was really cool in the day. If someone were to remake this with the Wii's Wiimote in mind they would have a sure hit!

I remember there being plenty of good adult filth back in the Amiga 500 days maybe emulation is best way to feed your needs
theres some fun arcade adult games but I'm not sure if they work on any of the Wii mame ports.
2 I used to enjoy playing were puzzle games one you would have to draw lines and avoid moving obstacles the other you had a diver that flipped tiles.

There's no AO games out for wii. The only console game that's received the AO rating is Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
