I have added a 320 GB hard drive to my ps2 but when i go to use winhiip to add games to the drive it only sees it as 120 GB - I have tried reformatting the drive several times but still come up as the same result.

Any ideas why ?

Is there a better program to use on windows to add games to the hdd ?

Hello.:)

Did you initalize/format your HDD with uLaunchELF on the PlayStation 2 (recommended) first or with WinHIIP ?

If you use WinHIIP you should change in the Options

Ohnhhhhe Titel-2.jpg

the Override Application Mode to 48 Bit HD Loader.

Thank you.:)

i formatted the drive with HDloader first and then i tried formatting with winhiip and then again with ulaunchelf - same result every time.

I will try again with winhiip changing that setting

edit - well that was easy - i didnt have to reformat, i just changed that setting and it showed the full capacity of the drive - thanks !
