Hacking Adding cheats to a new rom?

I recently added Pokemon Black 2 to my Acekard 2i and I'm loving it. It didn't come with any cheats in it. I have the Action replay code for every item, I just don't know how to use it on my Acekard 2i. Help please?

Yeah.. Umm, in r4cce, I have the section Pokemon Black 2 - and then the cde, all items, I'm in the _aio>cheats>cc folder, I have the USRCHEAT.DAT file in the cheats folder. Could you just simply explain the process in which I convert the cheat into a .cc?

You were supposed to open the usrcheat.dat with r4cce.
