Suggestion Add an option to disable the animated gif on the home page?

There's an animated gif in the reviews banner on the home page and it can be really annoying sometimes when something is moving/changing all the time

The portal box cycles through reviews every day. The GIF banner for the Switch cases will likely be gone by tomorrow.

You could make it movable, like every other thing on the home page
