ACToolkit Beta 4 will not open on my computer. We have Ubuntuu and it will not recognize file type. What program can I download to fix my problem?

So basically do: "gksudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list" in the terminal, then a text window will appear, edit it.
Then type "wget -q http://wine.budgetdedicated.com/apt/387EE263.gpg -O- | sudo apt-key add - && sudo wget http://wine.budgetdedicated.com/apt/source...d/intrepid.list -O /etc/apt/sources.list.d/winehq.list && sudo aptitude update && sudo aptitude install wine"
and follow the instructions. It will install Wine, which lets you run Windows Executeable files on linux.
