do i need an action replay for gamecube to play n64 roms and other systems someone told me this idk if its true but if it is can someone post a link on where to buy 1 or the exact name of it srry if its an obvious question but i never hacked a wii and just wanna learn about it

You absolutely do not need Action Replay to do this.
