i am not sure which version of PKMN we are talking about
just make sure your rom's ID must match the following

Pokemon: SoulSilver (U)/(AU)
IPGE 2D5118CA

Pokemon: SoulSilver (E)

Pokemon: HeartGold (U)/(AU)
IPKE 4DFFBF91

Pokemon: HeartGold (E)

you can use the r4cce i recommended to check the game ID!
its all in the wiki i gave you

If your rom's ID is correct yet you don't see the codes
then make sure you SELECT the usrcheat.dat and REBUILD them

if this still fails
then try format your SD card and place a new copy of AKAIO 1.6 RC2 into your sd card

Ya, it would just read this help thing so i deleated it and now whenever i turn the acekard on it just goes black.

then just format your SD card and place AKAIO 1.6 RC2 into your sd card
