keep in mind that a full reformat on a 16gb card is going to take awihle. it takes me about 30 minutes to copy data off, do a full format, copy data back on my 8gb cards.

yes it does work, pick one up from a local electronic store the other day....got a WINTEC 16gb and did a fat32 full format with SDFormatter.
