    is there a way to

    transfer acekard games to SD card

    is it possible?

    I don't understand the question.
    If you are asking how add roms to the SD card. All you have to do is download the roms from a ROM site (I am not going provide any ROM sites since that is against the rules.) Then once you have gotten the ROM, if they are in a compressed folder (zip, rar, 7z) extract that and copy the nds file to anywhere on the microsd card. If it downloaded as an nds file, just copy that to your card.

    That requires DSi mode and only the CycloDS iEvolution can use that

    Nothing can play DS games via the SD card slot.

    and that is because once anything is run from slot-1 the NAND and SD card are locked out, by design.
