Hacking Acekard skin editor error

hello i dont know if i should put this in the computer section or here so
i been having problems with the acekard skin editor
every time i click on it i get

run-time error '339'
component 'SmiyText.ocx' or one of its dependeniues not correctly
registered: a file is missing or invaild.

can anyone help me and i also have windows vista.

there are 2 editors out, i don't know which one you are using, but this one is the best, i've been using it and have had absolutely no problems with it
