i got mine from dealextreme, but it appears they no longer carry it. you could write them an e-mail and ask if it will come back into stock. it also appears to be out of stock at bamboogaming. have you tried the list of official resellers on ak.com? http://www.acekard.com/distributors.php. i'm sure one of them has it in stock. you could also e-mail the team and ask what is going on, and who is stocking it.

What is the benefit of rpg vs. regular ak2 now? My ak2 seems to run everything I try. Just curious why someone would pay so much more.

the only benefits are that gelu's firmware is more optimized for the rpg than the official or akaio, and you get 1 gb of onboard mem that you can use for a 1:1 experience. but with the current dma mode in akaio you aren't gaining anything anymore. also the rpg has the best build quality of all the acekard products i've used.
