Acekard R.P.G. loader 4.05 released
Soft-reset support added
acekardrpg.gif
The Acekard team have today released a new loader for their new slot-1 card, this update adds Soft-Reset to the feature list of the Acekard R.P.G. - A very welcome feature that has been missed since the product launched. No other major changes in this version.[title:Changelog]AK RPG menu 4.05 update

What's new

1.Support soft-reset now. Please press "start" key when entering ak menu. And enable "soft reset" in "special" item.
Please use "L+R+A+B+Down" to reset game to ak menu.

2.Press R to adjust light won't write to config file. But it still will be written to the config file when change it from start menu or touch the icon. This change is to avoid touch R key when you turn off the DSL. And thus will shutdown when write file and crash the file system.

Known issues

A few games could run well when enable "special" items. Please disnable it/them to run the game.

Unfortunately our Acekard R.P.G. review will be delayed a while longer due to this loader release. But it will be coming in the next few days so keep an eye out!

Great! What features are missing now to bring it up to par with the other cards?
*Menu to use cheats
*Full download play compatibility

What have I missed?

The fun thing is soft-reset was already there in 4.0.4, the 4.0.5 release has just added a menu item to activate/deactivate it. (In 4.0.4 you add to change a value in the settings.ini)
I've runned it for a few days with soft-reset always on, it works well.

Finally, it's taking off as a card.

EDIT: So much for open source... where is it (the source)?

The changelog seems to have been clipped?
