Hello,

I have got two Acekard 2i from DX. They both work on a DS lite (I haven't tested DSi yet). They both show the built version HW: 81 (I suggest these are the older ones?), but one card has a spring load microSD slot and the other has no spring load. Does this mean one card is not real or does the acekard team produce cartridges of different architecture?

All AK2i should have spring loaded slots. I have never seen one that doesn't. It's probably broken.

HW:44 is the older version and 81 is newer. Higher the number, the newer it is.
The newer batch has no spring loaded slot. The old batch did though.

But one of my cards definetly has HW: 81 AND spring load.

Hmm... didn't know there were 2 batches of HW:81. If they took out the spring they should have revised the version number

................. That's just great. Quotes the tootsie pop commerical, "The world may never know." Anyways on the new batch of ak2.1 (glued) have hw 80 and the spring cliped version is also hw 80. (at least mine and my cousins are.) So yeah they don't like to revise the versions huh.
