It is a pony looking game... I'm going to try a different patch

That's the same icon I have and it's working fine here.

Have you rebooted and reloaded emuNAND since you installed the patched file into it?

Yup nothing...

Can you try loading a real DS game and see if that loads

Also what version of reinand are you using (make sure your on the latest)

Hmmm that might be the problem lol My copy of Pokemon Black isn't working on the EmuNand. It is working fine on the SysNand though....

Like I thought DSi mode got broken, your sure you installed the correct version for your system?

This was the file name: twlfirm_n3ds.cia and it was in a twlfirm_v2 folder

Your sure you never messed with the DSi firmware before?

Fixing that could be a pain

Nope I have never touched the DSi firmware. The only thing I did was downgrade to 9.2 besides that I never installed anything or deleted anything onto the EmuNAND.

You could use Decrypt9 to dump the partition from your sysNAND and inject it to emuNAND (just the TWL partition)

Then try to get an update, if the files are old it will download the new ones to your emuNAND partition that contains TWL

Ok dumpped both of those (from the SysNand) and I just install onto the EmuNand correct?

Yes,

As long as you leave alone ctrnand your fine, the two were touching are for DSI and GBA
