They're all enabled by default somehow. Every single cheat has an [x] in the box so it's more like I have to DISABLE cheats... Sorry my mistake. X is off and 0 is on... who woulda thought.
From what I understand, the R4 uses on-the-fly patching. Not sure if this has ever changed. If you copied directly from your R4, you are copying a rom that was modified by the R4 to work with the R4.
